Lemon
Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
Procedure:
Combine flour, tarragon
and garlic powder in small bowl.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until no longer pink
in the center, turning once.
Whisk broth into remaining flour mixture until well blended.
Add broth, lemon juice, sugar and capers to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring until
thickened. Serve immediately.
